• I have been reading a large number of books lately on the energy healing systems. I just finished reading a 246 page soft cover book (Hands-on healing A practical guide to channeling your healing energies by Jack Angelo) which I purchased on for a bargain price. This book was published in 1994-1997 but much of the information is timeless and there is a ton of practical advice on using the universal energy power to help heal a wide range of issues.
  
  This wonderful book covers the following material how to use this book, the physical body, bodies of light, your soul journey, the Chakras, the energies of the Chakras, the wisdom of the body and causes of ill health, change, the mind and emotions, first steps in self-healing, self-healing, visualization and meditation, your personal program, your healing hands, the healing session, healing, taking it further, birth, reincarnation and the inner child and journey into light.
  
  As a Reiki master I was familiar with much of this material; nevertheless, there was a lot of good information for anyone interested in energy healing methods.

• I'm in the process of reading this book. It is so informative and I'm really learning a lot about the energy fields, human physical body, how and why the etheric and physical/emotional/mental bodies affect each other, etc. I'm unable to practice the exercises that require a partner but there are plenty of other exercises that one can perform alone. I really recommend this book.

• If you're interested in learning about hands on healing and being able to do it, this book is an excellent way to learn. Detailed instructions and exercises that will certainly help you along this path.

• Very well set out and extremely easy to understand.I have enjoyed this book and recommend it to those of us who like to look outside the square, to find there is more to life than what we perceive.
• It was a really good book for teaching basic healing. It covered all the bases and gave a good understanding of the correlation between the physical and the spiritual. While working through the book one heals oneself first, as it should be.
